It worked with new eSIM! Thanks a lot!

hi @Sophiecicihoo some can get it working immediately by buying a new eSIM from the app.  On the Account page, Purchase Sim card and choose esim 

you can then ask PM agent to reimburse you the extra $5 you spent 

Removed my old SIM card. I’m using eSIM now

did you remove the old carrier sim card?? PM sim is the Primary?

iPhone 12. I did reboot phone and reset network settings. Still not working

try Reboot phone and then click Reset Network Settings
