Re: Take a Break from Your Phone, It’s Book Lovers Day!

Probably Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell is one I could return to time and again. Sadly, it's more relevant than ever.

I love Vurt by Jeff Noon, too -- very trippy sci-fi. Give it a try if you're into that sort of thing!

It’s the 50th anniversary of the moon landing and one of the best books that describes the voyage of Apollo-8 — the mission that paved the way for the landing of Apollo-11. It was the first manned flight to leave the orbit of the earth that went 240,000 away to the moon.

I'm not sure how often people read books these days, but I'll mention The Hunger Games, even though I've never read it, just for the sake of entering the contest.

Good luck to all entrants.

The best book of all time I have read is "A New Earth - Awakening your life's purpose" by Eckhart Tolle.

It was life changing book and a spiritual guide that transfoms lives.  If anyone hasn't read it, I highly recommend it for your summer reading!
