Hello, when I try to send a SMS to this one number is try for a couple minutes then a message pops up at the bottom of my screen saying "Cannot send message with public mobile - error 42" does anyone know what that means or why it's happening?

Yesterday i had a 4.5 gb plan for $40 with a 500mb add on for using auto pay. Today I have 5 gb plan for $40 with no addon. Did they cancel the auto pay addon portion?

@kb_mv thanks I haven't checked that yet because they said they aren't receiving messages from anyone anymore I ruled that out. Might be worth checking though. They couldn't have blocked texts from all incoming numbers by accident could they?

All other numbers work that I text. I already have a +1 in front of the number as this is a contact I've texted multiple times before. I'm more looking for what error 42 means because I'm trying to troubleshoot their phone.

It would also be nice if people couldn't have the user name mod, PM, etc to prevent people from accidentally sending a private message with all their info to another user.
