Why is it that when I try to go to rewards in my PM my account, it prompts me to sign in, but I can go to the other categories and they're fine?Getting so frustrated with the amount of time it takes to navigate the PM system.

It says that I do not need to do anything to change to public points.  How do I know if this has been done? How soon can you direct your points to your next months billing?Thanks. Kim
