It says that I do not need to do anything to change to public points.  How do I know if this has been done? How soon can you direct your points to your next months billing?

As soon as you have accumulated 15 points you can apply it to deduct $15.  You can buy certain add ons for fewer points.

As of May 2024 points for everybody will become reality. Logging to your account will confirm points when you stop seeing autopay and loyalty dollars.

it will be migrated onto rewards system sometimes in May.  We don't know the exact date, could be May 1st or could be the first couple days and the migration could be in couple batches

But you should get an email saying Welcome to Public Points.  So, keep an eye on Public Mobile email on the next week or two
