Referral Credits vs Actually Credits

So, for several months now I've noticed that my list shows, for example today, 24 referrals. Yet I only received $22 in credits. Several months before, the same. I asked a CS Agent a while back and they said someone ported out towards the end of the month. OK. If the ported out, then why is their number still on my list? They said it can stay on there for a few days or weeks afterwards. I honestly think that's a crock of BS as when I ported my other number out, it came off my referral list within minutes.  What gives?? Anyone else have this problem?

@Chalupa_Batman   My experience with a referral that left PM a few months ago was that the number was immediately removed from my referral list and also the referral payment line.

@LitlLdy   I had my last legacy rewards renewal overnight and notice the new payment page sans any mention of referral rewards as noticed by others in another thread, however, I can (for the time being) see the remaining referral numbers in the Rewards page.  I expect that won't be the case once the conversion to points is fully implemented though.

Sometimes, if one of your friends is in the suspended state, you will not receive $1 reward for that cycle.  It will usually still show up in your friend list.  Once your friend reactivates account, you should receive $1 on the next payment date.

Going forward though, once everyone is on the points system, there is no list of referred friends like in the legacy rewards.

@Dunkman , since the update/design to the PM app it shows I have no referrals yet I have 6 left! I still get the 6 points & it states in my rewards that it was 6 referrals but shows no referrals in the referrals section! Very odd!

The oracle team emphasized the need to have the list of friend referrals for points customers.  Our suggestion was noted, but not sure whether it will be implemented in the near future.

hey @Chalupa_Batman 

at least with the old system you see the phone number.  After you changed to the new one, you cannot tell who is who, no phone number

are those really people you know in person? you really have to ask them if they left PM, honest no other way espeically if you cannot provide them the full phone number
