How would you send a message to an agent for assistance if your account is locked?

It can take up to several hours for CSA to respond.
You can try again in one hour. Website is finicky, so you can try to clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser.
Did you try to reset your password?

Did you read any of the posts there? 2 members gave you links to reach a CS Agent.
I'm not sure if you realize, but Public Mobile is more of a self service type provider. CS Agents are more for a last resort. I did see an Oracle suggested stuff as well. Did you try that? Does your Aunt have the app on her phone? That by far is the easiest way to change the credit card info I have found. Let us know if she does and I'll show you how.
