Why is it that when I try to go to rewards in my PM my account, it prompts me to sign in, but I can go to the other categories and they're fine?
Getting so frustrated with the amount of time it takes to navigate the PM system.

It can be frustrating. The rewards section is on a different website. I did find that once I signed in, future logins into the rewards section does not require a full login/password.

This sounds like a browser cache issue to me. To avoid cache issues, you can go into your browser settings, clear cache, close browser and restart and then try again.
