Purchasing Reward

How far in advance do I have to purchase a US reward package before I enter in States? Do the package begin once I enter the States or while I am still in Canada? Thanks for the guidance.

@BB2408  only buy the US roaming add on the day you leave as it will starts as soon as it been purchsed and the 15 days use starts counting down
