Hi there

 I requested a SIM card and it had not arrived. It has been more than 14 days since its expected arrival.

what do I do?  I made a ticket and they asked me to confirm my email but there was nowhere to do so.

@scjfranco

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

@scjfranco

It should arrive in 10 business days and up to 3 weeks for your SIM to arrive.

Canada Post haven’t gone on strike yet so it should arrive soon.

You can confirm with a CS_Agent
