Hi,I just created my self service account. All seemed well and it
brought me back to the login but when I log in it says my password is
invalid when I wrote it down so I know it's correct. What should I do?
@Korth I didn't even make the list but I did reply to the email and
after a long while and a few tickets my 5gb data add on prize was

@Karenpoort My wife has this problem on her computer all the time. She
ends up using her phone to log in instead. She still tries to use her
computer first every time?
