They do have home service issue in Calgary but not Mobile service

First , try to login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if account status is Active

Try to reboot your phone once.

Try your sim card in another phone and check

3G is still working but I needed to help someone manually change to 3g onlhy mode to receive calls.  Dialing out was working already as the network drops down to 3G when making calls.  Incoming was not working until mode changed to 3G only and data is back as well.

Hey, the LTE network appears to be down in parts of Midtown Toronto. 

Manually changing to 3G only mode restores service.

No phone service for either of the 2 separate phones here.  Last time I had service was around 5 p.m. today.  Voice mail getting through though.

or just some service not working and some works

@joe1865   yesterday was a wide outage in AB an SK, so yours seems to be unrelated

Can you test your PM sim on another phone, if you have one around

Try to reseat the sim card (power off , take sim card out for a minute, and put it back, power up)

Try the phone in different area if possible (understand it is a bit late there 🙂 )
