Hello everyone,
I subscribed the 5G $34 20g data plan today but the system shows me that my plan is 4G. Not sure what was the mistake. My question is how to switch my 4g plan to the 5g plan since there are pretty much the same $34 per month.
@CS_Agent could you please help?

Log back in and click the little spinner refresh icon below. It might show an updated version. Or try incognito mode. If it still shows 4G then try a speedtest. If you have full reception bars then you should get something less than 250mbps. But it might also be something less than 100mbps.
Do the details mention anything about unlimited speed data?

@BruceChen did you use Change Now or Change on Renewal when making plan change?
And it could be just a browser cache problem, please login. again using Incognito mode, check the Subscription & Add-on page for plan details, also check Payment history to confirm if PM took the new charge for the new 5Gbolan you have chosen

Hi @BruceChen
Log-in to your self-serve account, then go to "Subscriptions & Add-ons" then make sure the current plan shows 4G. Then, click on "Change Subscription" and select the 34$ 5G plan. Make sure to select "Change on next renewal date" If you don't you will be charged for current plan usage without any refund.
Also, if you selected "change on renewal", scroll down at new plan should be shown.
