hi @Lillybear
yes, you still have to update the phone number yourself on EverSafe Profile
so, what you need to do is to click Didn't Receive code on the 2FA step and select Send email. After you are in, go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and you will need to update the phone number there
just in case you cannot login via email 2FA, you will ask PM support agent to update the Eversafe 2FA phone number for you

@Lillybear When you try to log in and get to the page where you enter the code, tap "didn't get the code" and select the email option. Then once logged in go to your Eversafe profile and edit the phone number there to the new one.
