Hello, I am unable to log in. I get an email verification code, and I enter it in without issue. However, It requires a second verification code via text message. I DON'T receive it and so I am unable to get in to reactivate my account. I am so frustrated that I can't even cancel my subscription! AHHHHH!!!
I am not sure if the cell number is correct, the last 3 digits are but I am not getting the verification text. I can't do anything since I can't log in. When I did with my computer, I got an error code XXX.
WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM????????

Then you need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket or dm them directly.

This is my major problem. I can’t get to the page where I can see that. I can’t get to the page where I can click on my account. I can’t get that far. Any other suggestions

Login to your account using the email. Go to Account tab and it will show your Name, Account Number and Telephone number.
If it is correct, it could be a delay in get the 2FA code.
If incorrect, you ported the wrong number so under the Account tab>Transfer Phone Number but you will need the old SIM and confirm to the text from the old carrier with YES.
If you run into issues, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chatbot.
