And if you use the gmail app....it will work there too. Just type in ron11@telus.net.

This is not a PM problem.
OP should contact Telus for assistance to set up a Telus.net account. And it’s not really up to them to help either.
What email client are you using on your phone?
Some do it automatically. And don’t forget Telus email is now gmail.
If it won’t auto set up then try gmail...as all settings and ports are same.....then go back and change any gmail.com to Telus.net. Or google Telus for email settings for imap or pop.

hi @ron11 are you talking about login to My Account? what is the issue? do not use saved password if you have Telus account as well, the browser will get mixed up
if you are just unable to login, open ticket with CS agent.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
