Please help.
I am trying to switch from PM to Rogers (unfortunately). The Rogers rep kept my old SIM card and gave me a temporary phone number. I replied to the text from PM authorizing the number transfer. I got an SMS several hours later saying my number porting attempt was "dropped". Now I can still log into PM app using email, but cannot switch SIM cards to the replacement I had to buy because identity verification for that step is by SMS only. Neither Rogers nor Telus can help.

Thank you for your reply. Rogers no longer has the old SIM card; a trainee did the process and failed to give it to me.
I have now submitted a ticket with PM, hoping that they contact me soon.

Hello @BMRV
You need to contact Rogers again and ask them to try again. In the mean time, contact support and advise them you are porting out and you have already approved the port by saying YES to the text. If possible, take a screenshot of the text request with the yes as proof.

You need to ask that Rogers rep for the sim card back as the text reply is a necessary step when you need to port out
