Tried using the forgot password feature and it told me to come here and contact support.
Also I sent the moderator team a private message yesterday and not reply 😞

@bward, have you tried using the forgot password feature. Some customers report not getting a timely email to do the reset. If that applies to you, then you need to get in touch with the moderator team to do the reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly.
