Thanks @Anonymous  The incognito window worked to be able to reset my password! 

Thanks @will13am I tried the incognito window and was able to use the forgot password option. 

Tried using the forgot password feature and it told me to come here and contact support.  Also I sent the moderator team a private message yesterday and not reply  @CS_Agent
