Me and my wife are experiencing "No service." Both of our accounts are in good standing. What's the problem?

I'm sure there is more than one tower in Kamloops. It could be a single tower.
Yes of course there is more than one tower in Kamloops 🙂
But I have not experienced any issues will driving around town. So it must be isolated to one tower or one area of town.

As discussed in the other thread, yes, the OP is in Kamloops.

@Alan_K see this thread and other thread regarding a possible outage in parts of BC.

Are you in BC by chance? Someone else reported no service here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/No-Service-in-Kamloops/m-p/436115

Probably unlikely where both devices are showing the symptom, but try removing and reseating both SIM cards? Check the SIM slot for dust and debris while you're at it.

Well give us a hint as to which area in Canada you are ? We can see if there's any reported outages in your location for you.

Afternoon,
You can also check this web site for reports of network outages.

@lefuglyduck if both your phones are doing it I would say it's a tower outage, I'm sure if you check around you'll find more people with the same problem if that's the case

Yes, we have already rebooted our phones. As far as we can tell there is no service outage.

@lefuglyduck, it is possible that there is a local network outage in your area. Try rebooting the phone to see if it will reconnect to the network.
