I would like to suggest an enhancement to the Community webpage.   When we are signed into the Community page, we often have to reload the page to see if anyone replied/commented.  It would be great to have some form of push notification that didn't require re-loading and would be visible at the top of any community page we are on.   This is a small, but very convenient improvement.  Please look into implementing this.  Thank you.   ... I noticed that when I updated my emails in 2 of my 3 PM accounts, The email in profile still remains the same when I first registered my Self-Serve.   For those who may have multiple PM accounts, and let's say you have a few GF accounts and wish to update or shift your emails around a bit to either stockpile on rewards from GF plan on New Rate-Plan(s), would be nice if Emails in profiles can automatically update so that ppl know that the email profiles they updated/shifted will be applied on accounts properly   Me, example, My first PM GF $60 plan, and my PM community Profile account used same email when I first created it a while back   After I created my 90 Day New Rate-Plan(s), used a different email for that self-serve, and recently changed my PM community Profile email to coincide with email for the 90 day, yet the rewards on the original PM community account do not seem to be recognized in the rewards section of my 90 day Self-serve account itself.   Wished PM made process more seamless, and more efficient so that if ppl shift their emails from their New Rate Plan(s) that rewards can be applied on, to their Grandfathered plans so that they can stockpile a bit on rewards to lower their New Rate Plan(s) down around a bit to lets say, stockpile a bit on rewards when emails are linked to GF plans then emails shifted again back to the New Rate Plan(s) so that the rewards can be applied to it. Here's something  PM is Missing out on, this maybe a Hot and Lucrative option:   If International Students came, and were here for, 1 yr or 2, If their families were gonna pay for the Service, PM should expand the CC to include International as well. What IF PM added this in, For PPL who have Province-Wide Talk, adding in a feature where they can put 5-10 PM or Contact #'s in their Self-Serve Account Emergency Contacts that can AT VERY LEAST, get in contact with person W/O person having to Purchase a Long-Distance Add-On   This would AT LEAST make some sense, don't you think?   I think PM should at least Think of adding this, sometimes it does come hand-in-hand ... I also just thought of this, perhaps to make it easier for Technical.   With exception of Reset Pins, What if PM relocated all the Email away stuff, JUST for PM Guest Clients with actual Phone Accounts, to Self-Serve, and Simplify the Email away process, so instead of having to Click 4 or 6 icons Just to get the Application form to appear and fill out, Maybe Simplify it even further, So it takes only 2 Clicks to get Form to appear.   Have PUK a separate optio n, Not via email, But like how you click to find and Buy Add-On, or Suspend Service, why not also have an icon to request PUK code, and await one to conjure up. So that it speeds up the process even further.   Also, Wished PM could Permit Us to Register our Handset's IMEI # in the Self-Serve, so even if We bought replacement phone, if Someone got hand on Old phone and attempted to use it, We'd be alerted to its Unauthorized Use, at very least. ... I just thought of This, and Thought, What if PM Maximized this Fully too.   PM Alerting Us Via Text for Important Updates, Promos, Add-On Specials, So that We can get the Scoop even faster than Looking on PM Site as well?   Also, what if PM also optimized their texting system, so ppl can use the System Text to enter their Voucher #, Or to Purchase Add-Ons, and perhaps acting as a form of Communications with PM Support, Like a E-Chat as well?   Maximizing all Resources should be Front-and-Center to Guest Satisfaction, and Positive Experience   what do you Think?   ... This has been the One Primary subject that has been racking my Brain, and I always thought, If PM had this Once More, How could PM offer this effectively, efficiently, and less headaches?   Well, I had like 3 Ideas, Just want ppl to at least read it, and see if it makes sense, in theory, and if its better than the O'l Taxi Meter that Postpaid seems to be Infamously renowned for.   To Start, It wouldn't be Overage, But more like an Add-On, and like any Add-On, If you Don't have it, or Subscribe for it, You cannot enjoy the service. Meaning, No $$$, Unable to Roam and Explore.   Similar to how a Fast Food restaraunt operates, Pay before you eat, Not Eat and then Pay   1. Day pass, Like how Mr. Rogers and how Telus Do it, Pay the Fee, and enjoy admission, Simple, and only Subscribe WHEN YOU Require it. So, Be it Daily, Weekly, Or 30 Days, There's options available   2. Wallet system, so Like CDMA Era, if You Leave area, Top and Go, But that option is probably Obsolete, Since New ways have been discovered, But the Basics are there.   3. Pay for a Preset amount of Minutes, Texts, Data, and Its Treated Just like an Add-On, So no expiry, But stays until used up.   Now, I am NOT saying Roaming is Coming Back per set, BUT IF PM, IF, They did, Which of the 3 Methods would make more sense, easier to Use? Just a Hypothetical, If PM saw this, and heard of Response, at least They'd see that ppl are debating effective ways.   Also, JUST to say, Again, If PM offered This, UNDER the PREPAID Banner, And Only Functional IF ppl Subscribed, NOT The O'l fashioned Taxi Meter like Postpaid that We all Love to Hate, at times, So Overages would NOT exist.   What's your Opinion? One of my Professors has this kinda plan where She Pays $100 worth of Minutes for Talk and Text But, it Expires within 1 year. Operates Like how an Add-On, except for Talk and Text, and when you use it, you get $100 worth in Talk and Text   Maybe PM should also Consider something like that too, for those who Only use Phone for Small Purposes. ... Public Mobile should have a Type of Self-Serve Speed Data Tester, so ppl can determine if they're getting best Data Speeds possible, either for 3G or 4G LTE   If PM had this added in Self-Serve Tool Cache, maybe PM Clients can then truly understand how Data speeds function, and see that Speeds are NEVER Consistent, but always change depending on outside conditions ... I find that the Public Mobile Email away thing is, in a way, overcomplicated, to a degree, having to click here, click there, a lot before an application form pops up.   What if PM made Process more simpler for ppl to fully understand, and perhaps fast track the process a lot.   Like if You have tech issues, Click and Form appears, instead of having to click 3-4 different icons to get to application form.   At least, Merging certain icons that speak of similar thing   OR, have it where when you click Tech issues, a Form for that   Billing/ Balance issues, Form for that   Rewards issues, Form for that   Like Fast, not going from point a to point z by going slow way, Ponints a, b, c, d, e  you get the idea   Should be easier to look for Application form for Email assistance, NOT too difficult.   Plus, Explaining it to ppl who require assistance, well, They may not like the Merry-go-round system   Just my way of helping Public Mobile become better at everything ... Public Mobile should consider merging all the Long-Distance Add-Ons into One   So, Having an Global Long-Distance Add-On that covers Canada, US, and International can be easier   Like, 600 Global Long-Distance Add-On for, $15-$20, example, if it does same thing as Canada and US Long-Distance, wouldn't it be more appropriate for a Single Long-Distance Add-On that does All-of-the-Above? ... You know how PM Created the Auto-Rate Plan(s) Changer at Next Renewal Date, What if PM also had this, for PPL who go on Vacation for More than 120 Days   When Heading on Vacation, in Absence of Idle Fee, what If PM Allowed PPL TO choose Cheapest Rate Plan, and PM added an option where PPL can have their CC charged Once very 90 Days, from time Their Rate plan is Renewed, they Have 120 Days to Renew if They Don't, So if PM had this option, At least PPL wouldn't have to Worry about Manually topping up, OR having to Rely on Someone to Top up for them in their absence, would be nice to have this as peace-of-mind option for PPL who vacation more than 120 Days   Plus, What if PM also Gave Text AND email alert when your on your last 30 or 10 Days to Top up Before Account is PERMANENTLY DELETED   Just Common-sense   What you Think? ... When PPL send email to Public Mobile, they don't seem to receive a Message on Email stating Email has been sent, with case #   PM Should consider adding that, so PPL Know that their Emails were indeed sent, with a Case #, so if they don't get response, they can simply pm a PM Community Teamster Rep with this, and making faster inquiries and efficient results.   I know that Other Co. do this when PPL Send an Email and receive an Auto-Message stating Email has been received, with a Case # Generated, and time estimate for reply back.
