I noticed that when I updated my emails in 2 of my 3 PM accounts, The email in profile still remains the same when I first registered my Self-Serve.

 

For those who may have multiple PM accounts, and let's say you have a few GF accounts and wish to update or shift your emails around a bit to either stockpile on rewards from GF plan on New Rate-Plan(s), would be nice if Emails in profiles can automatically update so that ppl know that the email profiles they updated/shifted will be applied on accounts properly

 

Me, example, My first PM GF $60 plan, and my PM community Profile account used same email when I first created it a while back

 

After I created my 90 Day New Rate-Plan(s), used a different email for that self-serve, and recently changed my PM community Profile email to coincide with email for the 90 day, yet the rewards on the original PM community account do not seem to be recognized in the rewards section of my 90 day Self-serve account itself.

 

Wished PM made process more seamless, and more efficient so that if ppl shift their emails from their New Rate Plan(s) that rewards can be applied on, to their Grandfathered plans so that they can stockpile a bit on rewards to lower their New Rate Plan(s) down around a bit to lets say, stockpile a bit on rewards when emails are linked to GF plans then emails shifted again back to the New Rate Plan(s) so that the rewards can be applied to it. Just thinking of this. This is NOT gaming the system, mind you if ppl think that way. This is NOT what I meant

Had the same issue with account email address a month ago. I found the account email address at log in was the one considered active; as long as that address was used in my Community account all Rewards remained correct.

 

Why is this in the Public Lab and not a post?

THE email in self-serve account profile shown is still original email that I used when I originally set up.

 

Example: if I used Choco@coldmail.com for first set up, and swapped email to Choco@hotmail.com, the coldmail still is shown in Self-Serve Profile, and if Same email was used in PM community, and switched email to new one to match new email in new PM account, Rewards is NOT shown in the See your rewards section of self-serve

^I have had the same issues with all my PM lines.

That's why I put this in PM Lab. The system needs refitting so that whenever we make changes of ANY kind, We can see those changes promptly.
