PM should at VERY LEAST, have a Voucher Rewards for those who use Vouches for their payments. Its the very least PM can do, so even these ppl don't feel isolated, left out
Public Mobile benefits from credit card Autopay.. customers won't have to remember to top up and tend to remain active customers for longer = more predictable income for PM.
I don't see similar benefits to PM from voucher users. In ideal case, PM would probably want everyone on autopay, that's why they offer reward incentive to get u on autopay.
Anyways, what do you propose as a reward for voucher users and why?
@imm1304, my reasoning is that there are still ppl who still rely on vouchers, so that's my take to suggesting being all inclusive, NOT exclusive. Maybe a $3 per month Voucher credit reward, since they have to travel to Store to purchase voucher, the very least Public can do, plus Bestowing Acknowledgement as well as Respect
