This isn't a groundbreaking new idea, but I thought it would be beneficial if Public Mobile had a note on the "Contact Us" page that notified users that often their messages go to the spam inbox in their email systems. 

This would help the communication process between PM and its clients, I think some people may be thinking that PM is not contacting them at all, or they are ignoring their emails... 

 

Just a thought...

Good suggestion.  They can add a line at the point where we submit message so people would know to check their junk mail folder.
