Public Mobile should have a Type of Self-Serve Speed Data Tester, so ppl can determine if they're getting best Data Speeds possible, either for 3G or 4G LTE
If PM had this added in Self-Serve Tool Cache, maybe PM Clients can then truly understand how Data speeds function, and see that Speeds are NEVER Consistent, but always change depending on outside conditions
