Not every one is a fan of the stupid voice mail that is included, some people want there phones to ring until answered so please give us the option to have this voice mail option excluded. Every Provider in the country that included voice mail in there prepaid plans give you the option to have the voice mail removed except for Publicmobile, Koodo Prepaid and Mobilicity. So please give us the option. I know you can record and extended greeting and all that non sense but the fact is with this extended greeting the voice mail still kicks in and not to mention if the phone is turned off the extended greeting with kick in. So please give us the option for voice mail removal. Thanks

I'm seeing consistent reports of the following issues with the "contact us" form: 1 - "I sent multiple requests via the contact us form, but got no response" 2 - "I tried using the contact us form, but it keeps telling me incorrect email" Some of these could be user error (put in wrong email address, or response ended up in spam folder) but the fact that it keeps coming up over and over would suggest that somebody should at least *look into* the possibility that there might be an issue. Yes, there's a lot of dumb end users out there, but usually when something gets reported over and over again, it's worth at least taking a look.

Recently, a customer complained of being provided inaccurate information from the IMEI checker. It is suggested that this be taken offline and checked out for accuracy before putting it back it service. Providing inaccurate information is worse than not providing any. The negative publicity/word of mouth is very damaging.

I believe when one contacts the support via web form, there should be a ticket # generated and provided to ensure: Acknowledgement of the service request Easier issue tracking on PM's side, you can use analytics to assess issue trends, common occourances etc. Easier tracking for the customer Ensure notes shared by customer and PM are logged in a transparent manner to address issues. (Web hosting providers use this). Some of this is already public domain best practices in support and I am sure PM is using some sort of system in the back-end, this just needs to be trackable for the customer end.

I used the find a place close to me that sells vouchers and was given names of shops in my area. after some digging those shops where actually in another province! This needs be overhauled. I tried my local Walmart to see if they selling the PM SIM cards as my friends are interested but like me need be sure they can use fulltime. My Walmart does not sell anything like phones/ SIM cards or Vouchers (just laptops and tablets). Since there NO pay online with Bank Debit or PayPal our only option is credit card (i currently using virtual visa via Royal Bank). We low income community but use PayPal to import via online shopping for years and avoid credit cards. PLEASE use PAYPAL and BANK DEBIT pay options ASAP! I so want drop royalbank for tangerine (which i use most but they no virtual credit card) I know 50 people looking for better phone packages but since no local way to get SIM and Vouchers/top up cards they need stick to their current cable/phone bundles which are overly priced. ALSO you guys need put out more info on your current and long term plans so we not always asking same question over and over again. So more transparent NEWS (weekly/bi-weekly)

Pm is able to sell simcard online, why not sell vouchers in the same way. This would allow people to use PayPal as a method of payment and allow them to get a receipt for their purchase. The two systems( selfserve and store) are seperate so it is only a matter of being able to generate a valid code that selfserve will recognized in selfserve. Doubt this will go anywhere but thought I would throw it out there. Who knows the new community moderator might take notice of some of the requests.

I always suggest and see see mods asking for account details (usually phone number) when isssues arise. This makes fixing a problem take much longer time. Could PM add a private field that only mods can see which will contain private details like phone number, that way they dont always have to ask please send us your account nummber. I think that would make things easer for all parties and lower the fsstration some people seem to have.

When we switched to the new format we have lost some valuable information that was contained under the users name with their post. We used to have information of when they joined the community and how many posts they have. I know they have titles still and everyone should get the same treatment. But it would be nice to know if someone is very new and here for the first time that might need a bit more help and direction like tagging a Mod for them and referring them to read the How to contact thread. Then we have other users who may have been around for a bit have issues but don't really want to put the effort into resolving it themselves and are hoping others will do that for them. For them I just refer them to the How to Contact Thread. Is there a way to get this information back into the posts?

Replies are currently displayed saperately one by one. I suggest to combine comment posts into single feed (remove the post that is not recent anymore) and display only recent one. This way it will be eaier to navigate between New Topics and New Replies (Latest Post).

Hello Members of Community and PM, I heard that Coffee Meeting that happen in Toronto are awesome and help everyone big time! Unfortunately not all of us can attend it due to distance/transportation issue. I want to suggest to look into making these meetings in other Bigger Cities too. I am from Hamilton, ON. The new account activation page prevents using paste to insert a new password. Instead, the password must by typed in manually. This restriction prevents the use of a password manager to generate a unique and encourages the user to reuse one of their existing passwords.
