Not all customers check the community on a regular basis. As a result, some customers may not have known about the plan changes prior to them occurring.
I suggest Public Mobile do a group text and/or email at least 1 month prior to any major changes in plans, costs, policy, promotions and the like. This will allow most Public Mobile customers the opportunity to discuss any issues they may have with these changes well before they take effect.
This will benefit all customers, particularly those who do not check the forums on a regular basis. It will provide customers with an opportunity to give feedback regarding pending changes, and provide Public Mobile with the opportunity to rectify potential issues before they occur.
