Not all customers check the community on a regular basis. As a result, some customers may not have known about the plan changes prior to them occurring.


I suggest Public Mobile do a group text and/or email at least 1 month prior to any major changes in plans, costs, policy, promotions and the like. This will allow most Public Mobile customers the opportunity to discuss any issues they may have with these changes well before they take effect. 


This will benefit all customers, particularly those who do not check the forums on a regular basis. It will provide customers with an opportunity to give feedback regarding pending changes, and provide Public Mobile with the opportunity to rectify potential issues before they occur.

Really like your idea, once a month or bi-weekly newsletter would be great!!

I agree with this. I think it would be really helpful even if there was an email when there are major changes and not necessarily a newsletter.

LOL. I barely get emails from Public Mobile.... EVER. I don't have time to check the community every day, and I like to know when things are changing, which are hopefully constantly, but as I don't check the community there are times when I come check and there's just huge changes, like my plan being $40 off the regular price? 😮

P.S. I figured it out...needed to first confirm my subscription to this Community in my e-mail before this feature was enabled. Not obvious  😕
