SIM card has not arrived

I placed an order for a SIM card on the 5th of November and I have not received it or any other shipping information to check the status. Need to confirm that my order is still coming and not lost.

It takes on average two to three weeks for delivery by CP due to the pandemic.  If you haven't received it after three weeks then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.

Order directly through PM or Amazon or elsewhere? Everything's of course slower and delayed because of Covid, but that does seem like a long time. 

If through PM and you don't have tracking, click the speech bubble on the bottom right to start a chat with SIMon Bot. From there, open a ticket and the mods can hopefully assist.
