Settings Messed up When Setting Up Esim

Tried to set up a travel esim and now I cannot access data usage or data options on my regular public mobile SIM card Only shows this

Factory reset of the phone was the only thing that fixed this problem. Not sure what caused it however. Thanks for the help!

@Cyah78 - So Public Mobile is Physical SIM? Try removing it from your device via sim tray and putting it back in / putting it into another device

Your iPhone should look like this:

Also for the eSIM, do you see this?

1. click on the reset network settings, then if nothing click on delete all eSIMs if you see it

Also a mini fam. 13 mini.

@Cyah78 - Are you just activating a line?

Maybe try resetting network settings in General > Reset > Reset Network Settings **You will lose all saved wifi connections and BlueTooth connections other than an Apple Watch.** You can easily reconnect them back up to your phone after

first, what phone is that?

and your PM sim is physical or esim?

next, if you don't need your travel esim, disable it or even delete it, then reboot the phone and let your phone pick up the PM sim
