Hi,
Is there any code I can dail or any number to call to get data remaining or is there any app that we can download ? Or is there any text message to send to get data remaining?

Public mobile will send you a data usage warning at 75% and 95% of total (plan data+data add ons) data on your account. Use your data warning and limiter tools in your phone to help you keep track of your usage. I suggest setting the warning at 25% of plan data and the limiter at 50% of plan data. This will help enure that if you are using mobile data without knowing it you will be warned and if you miss the warning the data will stop before you have consumed all of your data unknowingly.

I just learned something new today. I rarely ever go into *611. If anyone is wondering, the data remaining is in the add-on usage summary (option # 3).

@Nadia2021 I'm using Usage app and it is pretty good. However, no app will be 100% match to what you see on PM site but it is good proxy..

The easiest is just log into your account / My Data & Add-ons and you'll see how much data you've used against your allotment. If you see no mention of data...that indicates that you've consumed it already. In that case you'll either need a data add-on or wait until your next renewal occurs and you'll get a fresh batch of data to use within 30 days.
If you are usually out of data before renewal..maybe it's time to consider upgrading your plan to one with a bit more data.

Install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track. Public Mobile are 30 day plans (not monthly).
If you are android, try this one:

I use this one myself and it gives me exactly what I need from it.
If you are an Apple user, I am sure there is a 30-day app that is available as well.

There isn't any code to dial to check how much data is remaining or any real-time text messaging data amount service. The only way to the The official amount can be viewed by logging into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca.
