Can't send or receive SMS on iphone 14 pro

Hi @CS_Agent, I recently transferred my number from Fido to PublicMobile, however, I am unable to send or receive any SMS text from my phone. Can you please offer some help?

Additional information

1. It has been 12+ hours since the transfer.

2. Phone calls or i-message works fine, I have data access too.

3. My phone is an iPhone 14 pro and I am using an E-Sim.

4. I've replied YES to Fido for transferring my number.

For your SMS issue, PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations.  And as you are an iPhone user,  iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.

PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis.  Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
