Hi, Your service sucks, I cant call in, I cant speak to a real agent on the chatbx & it directs me here. I cant log in either. I have switched to a different phone company 5 days in, as my service did not work at all, nor could I log in, find a phone number to call, or get my situation fixed. Now please tell me how I can go about getting a refund for a service I did not even use. Thank you

Use the link by hTideGnow to bypass the AI chatbot and message the customer agents directly. However, depending how busy they are, it could take several hours or even several days for them to respond to you. If you do not get a response in a reasonable time, you have to persist by messaging them again. Just another example of the quality of service which has nothing to do with the user's knowledge of how to use the service. Good luck.

Not knowing what to do when there is bad service is not the cause of the bad service in the first place.
IMO, a Toyota is more reliable and cheaper to operate than a Benz.

"service only bad" because OP does not know how to seek help. The login problem OP has can be resolved with ticket to PM
I stand by with my statement above.
and people needs to know this is not a full service provider. Toyota is bad because you thought you are driving a Benz

This statement is not correct. There are lots of documented problems. If not, you would not have to spend so much of your time trying to help people in the community nor need to refer them to a customer service agent. You cannot always blame the user.
