I created a ticket to cancel my SIM card delivery and plan as well, but no one replied!!! Can I talk to a real agent please?

Thanks! I did check the inbox. The first ticket I created yesterday, no reply. Then I created another ticket, it’s been almost 2 hours. For sure, I will check the inbox later. But it is truly awful that I can’t talk to them in a call.

did you check the inbox? and support usually reply within 2 to 4 hours, so, it could be just another hour before you get the reply. Check inbox

Thanks! I created that kind of ticket, no one replied. Actually I have not activated the SIM card, it is on the way, I just want cancel that, and get the refund.

Login to your PM, Change Subscription and Unsubscribe. It will stop payment and in 90 days your account will be fully deactivated.
However, please note that you will lose your telephone number. If you wish to retain your telephone number, you should port it to another provider. Good luck.

you can interact with live agent, just submit them ticket
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

And to cancel the service, you can just do it yourself. Login My Account, Profile, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed. Or you can also port out your number
