Difficulty navigating Public Mobile Support.

I had zero success navigating Public Mobile support.  Attempting to understand why some callers are receiving a message that my number is not in service when called.  Ultimately goal is to investigate if reported concerns (which I did have privilege to witness) is related to my recent porting of a landline to my Public Mobile cellular service.

Turns out it was an incomplete port.  Failing to achieve support with Public Mobile to assist with resolution I ended up returning to the vendor that I left for Public Mobile to resolve the issue for me.  Unfortunately as a Public Mobile client one should not have had to do that.

@CRC

landline transfer usually take a week to complete.  Did you reboot your phone?

and you can make outbound calls and just not able to receive calls using your PM sim card/eSIM?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
