Same Issue on What App not allowing me to send photos on J3 Samsung phone

Hi Community team

Regarding the difficulty I am having in sending photos from my J3 Samsung phone on What App application, Thanks for those who responded to date. I tried the verify and reset /update the APN settings and the problem still exists. 

However, I just noted that if someone sends me a  photo on what  App , I am able to forward it to another person on what app. So why can I not send photos on my own phone gallery? Any other suggestions welcome and hope to also hear from Public Mobile Support agent. Thanks and have a great day

Thanks for your suggestion..Yes I did get the latest update in What App recently and even deleted many photos or transferred them to SD card .

Also Wondering if issue that what app stores photos and videos on phone Internal Memory and maybe need to transfer it to SD Card..even though there is no message saying internal memory is full. Also have the latest What App update. Wondering if same issue to send photo from SD card but not sure how to do this.. Thanks again for your help..

Thanks for your good suggestion. Up until yesterday I was able to send photos using What app . Thanks for your quick response..Unfortunately I cannot send any photos using the J3 and Public Mobile ? Messaging service..Can only send text in MMS and same in What App..Is there anything else you can please suggest? Is there a live person who I can show the issue to in a store or support.. Thanks for help

If you are able to send/receive MMS using phone's native app then PM service is working as expected.

Your issue is Not with PM but with 3rd party app.

@wisker_d93  make sure that you turned on the necessary permissions allowed to send pictures through WhatsApp. Go into settings in WhatsApp and enure you enable or check ✔️  the permissions. 

Have you ever being able to send in the past?

It is probably the latest update for the WhatsApp. This is an old phone so you probably can’t get the latest update.

Try connecting to home wifi and try.
