Hello,
I have just signed up new to Public mobile and i cant get the eSim to work correctly? when i check the eSim in my settings it now says Public Mobile but it says unknown number. I cannot receive texts so am not able to log in to see My Account and figure out what might be going wrong. Any ideas of what i can do.
Have already rebooted phone a few times. Its a Samsung Ultra 23.

@DylanB1 hopefully removing the old SIM will do the trick. You should also confirm that the eSIM is set to Primary in your phone's settings. If you continue to have issues you can contact a customer support agent below:

thank you eddie0. i have now removed the old Sim. Rebooting. I also have just done a network resetting. This is a new number, not a port.

@DylanB1 do you have any other eSIM's previously installed on your phone, or do you have a physical SIM card from another carrier still in your phone? Something else, if you are porting in your number from another carrier, did you respond "YES" within 90 minutes of receiving the porting request from your old company?
