i bought it new sim card from telus store and the employer worker in store can't activate to me and she sent to be online activation

Hi @MJames is the sim card brand new and never used/activated.
Where you got it? but even "new" one, sometimes store mixed up sim card that failed from previous activation
If you tried again once more on another browser and not working, you can open a ticket with CS agent to have them check if the card is indeed new
Open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by typing : Contact CS Agent
- then Click "Contact Us"
- then Click "Other"
- finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

tried to use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode.
