Hello earlier i got an text indicated that to make sure i have sufficient funds in my accounts as it is up for renewal -- so i logged into my account...
and under Payment -- it shown that it is DISABLED ---
the thing is I have been pre-authorized since day one and it has been years... i am not sure what is going on here... does this have something to do with the upgrade Public Mobile did on their page? my MC is not expire... not sure what is going on here. I hope i get answer -- i don't want to run out of service....

@chanthea1982 this is going to be the monthly reminder text sending to everyone. The message was in fact correct, it just saying "if you don't have pre-authorized payments enabled,..." , but since you have, you can ignore it

just ignore those messages,
when you get new card then update and use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

my card will be expire either Sep or Oc/2022.
I did not update my bank info - yet, but just logged back - and it seem to be "ok" again.... it is weird.

I had a similar issue. I just had to update my banking details. I think that might be the issue since your card might have been renewed.
