The new "My Account" site 2fa has locked me out

So I look after my family's accounts, and my son always exceeds his plan and I have to log in and add money. So he tells me that his texing and calls aren't working any more and I go to log in... the site needs to send a 2fa text to authenticate. BUT YOU CAN'T DO THAT WHEN THE PLAN IS EXPIRED. Oh, and he lost the password to the email account on file.

 

This new account nonsense is awful. There is no way to log into that account.

contact to support team by CS_Agent  to reset password, and security question,

 

and when you login,, go to profile and disabled for ( Two-factor authentication at login ).

For the 2FA security code, you can choose to send the code via email or sms.  Did you try to email?
