i want to change my self serve email as my current email does not work,
i need to make a payment.

You may luck out and get late night service from a CSA. If you need to make a payment forca renewal tonight it would be best to purchase a voucher and add it via 611. Keep in mind since the new self serve account implementation most evenings there has been unscheduled maintenance on the self serve site whuch often shuts down 611 as well starting at midnight eastern til 6am eastern.

@gratan Only PM Support can help to make change to your email address used on My Acocun.t if you currently have no access to the "old: email address and unable to receive the security code to login, please open ticket with PM Support so they can sort that out for you
