yesterday i bought a pin from superstore as i have done monthly for two years. so i know how to navigate the menus and enter pin by phone @ 611. said pin invalid checked and triple checked. got refund and new code same thing. got refund. superstore is not supposed to refund. now i am nervous to buy another pin. ps this is the way i like to pay. no credit card online. plz advise

Sadly yes. It's a little overboard to get all this info just to validate a voucher but it's for security I guess. Or just an over zealous agent.
But if it said pin invalid, it's because the PM system doesn't recognize it yet. Depends on location of purchase, their networks and other factors, that voucher number may not make it to PM right away and can take time. Then on PM's side there can be other factors too. JMO. 🙂

MAYBE.... just guessing here... if there have been issues and BOTH have been from SuperStore, then perhaps go to Shoppers Drug Mart instead. You still get PC points. 🙂 Just know this. It can take up to 24 hours for the PIN to register with Public Mobile. Sometimes it's instant, sometimes it's an hour or 2.

@2024public considering you have tried 2 vouchers with the same issue I'm thinking you might be better off to reach out to a support agent as there may be something going on on their end.
