Hello, I'm having a similar issue but I have an eSim. Do I delete my eSim profile and choose a new eSim to see if it works?

What phone do you have? Was voice working before?
Try reboot network settings first
if not , then you can try to buy a new esim using the PM app, usually it will resolve the problem.
Just login My Account, go to Account page and Purchase sim card and pick esim. PM system might has you to pay $5 first but you can submit ticket with PM for a reimbursement
