Phone shows public mobile as the service but no phone no.
If I try to log on to my account from a PC, I get message "We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access" It then tells me it sends a text to the phone but I cannot see it.
Similar from the app.
How do I get the phone setup correctly?

That's good to hear. Manyatime, a phone reboot solves some of these issues too am

I don't know if support did anything in the background but after struggling:
I restarted the phone again then left it alone for about two hours. After that I rebooted again and then it showed the phone number and I could make calls and receive texts. I can now log in to the account and make calls.
