I purchased some vouchers about 6 months ago, recently when I try to use it, the system shows that the voucher can not be added, need to verify, May I know the reason to make the system show this message? thanks.

I make a call to 611 and found it can be topped up, it seems that the problem is from public mobile website.

Checking with a CSA is a good idea. There have been the odd person having this issue where they cannot redeem a valid voucher and the CSA team  helped them out somehow perhaps by tracing the UPC code. Contact them and explain the situation and attach a screen shot of the voucher in your private message and see what they can do.

You're asking a lot of interesting questions and would be good to know, but afraid some of those details aren't there for us.  I'm curious - is there a need for those details?  One thing I can suggest is try reaching a CS Agent (staff) via he SIMon chatbot (chat bubble, lower-right corner).  They're busy so we try and avoid sending everyone there, but if there's something specific you need, they have the ability to access your account directly and provide you with further details.

@Terry20

There is no way to know when the voucher was redeemed.

You could check your payment history page to see whether some voucher was loaded up to your account for the last 180 days.

The website can be finicky.  Maybe try loading voucher by dialing 611.  Or using a different web browse, clearing cache or incognito mode.

Yes, the same message shows on my side. my confusion is that it's my first time to redeem,  it looks like been redeemed, is it possible to know when the voucher was redeemed?

@Terry20

Is this the message you are receiving? I received  it after entering an already redeemed voucher.

Where are the vouchers purchased from? As far as I know vouchers don't expire or at least I haven't seen any with an expiry date on them. Here's the small print from a London Drugs voucher....

@Terry20 Don't know much about vouchers, but check if the code is entered correctly, but if it has been 6 months, I would assume it to be expired. Vouchers are not like gift cards, and some of them have expiry dates. Perhaps, @darlicious could help you with that. Personally, I would buy a voucher, and then immediately load them to save those vouchers from going to waste. Even if it was a minor amount, it could save you money, by not having to buy vouchers all the time.

 @Terry20 : Could you tell us everything any message says when you try to redeem it. There shouldn't be any expiration. Have you tried both the 611 service and the self-serve?

@Terry20   I think voucher do expire after 90 days from purchase...

Normally, this means that the voucher has already been used. Check the details on the receipt about if there is a deadline to use the voucher. Please remember that these are not cosnsidered gift cards and companies can set expiry dates to them.
