Also you should remove your tel. number from your post by clicking the 3 dots (top right of post) as you're on an open public forum.

It's just on the upper right corner: "My Account". After clicking it, it should direct you to the login page. You can choose to set up an account if you don't already have one.

Self-Server also called My Account, just the "My Account" link on the very top right of the page
