voicemail

Hello, 

My voicemail does not play my recorded messages, I can listen to the active recorded message but when I call the phone and the voicemail goes on, its the automatic voice mail message in english. My preferred language is french for my voice mail and my recorded are in french as well. It is my business phone and no one can know who they are calling because of that.

this is what I have been doing for the 10th times. it says that my active message is the one I recorded but yet when I call and the voicemail starts. its an automatic message in english

after you recorded the personal greeting, you have to turn it on. 

dial in the VM, click 3 (Greeting) > 1 (Personal Greetings)  > 1 (Activate a greeting)
