@jpuzzuoli Tr resetting network settings , see if that helps . If possible can you try the SIM card in another phone ? , if same you can use this direct link to support to investigate

you got the error ""com.apple error 1034" when checking voicemail ?or when?
try to reboot phone first, click Reset network settings and check if that solves the problem
if not, submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to reset your VM for you
