Transfer phone number to Public Mobile- new account

Can you please help me with tranfering my account. 
 
The system said my "Subscription was not activated" and to contact customer support.
 
I purchased the subscription on November 26, 2023 and I have received my SIM card in the mail.

you should use the app to complete the activation.  Are you using the app?  If not, please download and use it

If you already using the app and still unable to enter the sim number and then arrange number transfer, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can help
