Hello
Lost sim card and trying to get a new one
However when I log in to account it send confirmation OTP to the phone number which I cannot acces bcos the sim is lost.

Choose didn’t receive code, then choose send code to email

is there any option "didn't receive code"? if it is click that and select send email to receive the code via email
if you can login, go to Profile page, click pencil beside sim number and update
if you still unable to login , then have PM cs agent to help, please submi ticket here
